At least according to this article, it looks like they were bad. Oh, to the horror, run a Windows XP and MS Office 2003! No wonder they could not do anything.
The security rules that prohibit e-mail accounts? A meaning for me. As an insider in the White House, his personal life public, including things such as dates of birth, high schools, the children's names, etc., it is much easier to hack into their webmail accounts.
